To intentionally develop the whole girl—mind, body, heart, identity, character, relationships, purpose, and future—through comprehensive, relationship-centered mentorship that empowers every girl to know who she is, understand her worth, discover her purpose, develop her potential, and confidently walk into the woman she is becoming.

House of Adelphē exists to ensure that no part of a girl is overlooked.

Where other mentoring programs may focus on a single dimension of a young woman’s development, House of Adelphē mentors the girl as a whole. We believe her development cannot be separated into isolated pieces because what happens in one area of her life inevitably influences another.

​

Therefore, we mentor her from the crown of her head to the sole of her feet.

Through the Crown to Sole™ Model, House of Adelphē intentionally creates opportunities for girls to grow intellectually, emotionally, socially, physically, relationally, spiritually, professionally, and personally. We meet her where she is, help her understand where she wants to go, and walk alongside her as she develops the confidence, character, skills, relationships, and vision necessary to get there.

 

Our ultimate goal is transformation, not participation.

 

We do not simply want girls to complete a program, we want them to leave House of Adelphē changed.

 

We want every girl to:

• Know herself by understanding her identity, strengths, values, emotions, and individuality.

• Know her worth by developing healthy self-worth, confidence, dignity, and self-respect.

​

• Know how to navigate life by gaining practical skills, emotional tools, social awareness, and decision-making abilities.

• Know how to cultivate healthy relationships by learning boundaries, communication, accountability, conflict resolution, and the importance of community.

• Know her potential by recognizing that her present circumstances do not define the possibilities of her future.

• Discover her purpose by identifying her gifts, passions, interests, and the contribution she is capable of making.

At House of Adelphē, sisterhood is not limited to a season—it is a journey that grows with HER. From the formative years of childhood through the transition into womanhood and beyond, we create intentional spaces where girls and young women can belong, become, bloom, and eventually give back.

Our House is designed to meet each daughter where she is while preparing her for where she is going.

Girls | Ages 6–18

 

Through whole-girl mentorship, girls ages 6–18 are surrounded by sisterhood, trusted guidance, meaningful experiences, and practical preparation for life. Participants develop their identity, confidence, faith, emotional intelligence, relationships, leadership, life skills, academic readiness, career awareness, and sense of purpose as they journey from girlhood toward womanhood.

We don't simply ask our girls to dream about their futures. We help prepare them to walk confidently into them.

Alumnae & Legacy Chapter | Ages 19

​

Becoming does not end at eighteen—and neither does sisterhood.

The Alumnae & Legacy Chapter provides continued connection, mentorship, leadership development, service opportunities, and sisterhood for women ages 19 and beyond. As alumnae continue growing personally, spiritually, and professionally, they are also given opportunities to reach back, mentor forward, serve their communities, and help cultivate the next generation of daughters.

What was poured into HER becomes something she can one day pour into another.

 

From Girlhood to Womanhood. From Mentorship to Legacy
